Great for BJS. Another good middle from this part of the world. The more the merrier!
I too have reservations about his serious lack of pop, and possible lack of discipline in terms of sticking at the daily grind of training. But no doubting that in full flow BJS is a beautiful boxer.

They’ll do well to get him a world title. First time he comes up against a good world level boxer with power he’s finished.

Well deserved for Saunders. Also smith brothers doing some real damage could have 4 brothers as British champions

Saunders does have top skills…but lacks some power, and this could hurt him in the big fights……..lets see.

So this is the heir apparent to the Middleweight division I’ve been hearing about. He wasn’t overly impressive the other day. Probably will end up being another Cleverly, all hype and no substance.

Mick the Marmalizer

Very well deserved. Lonsdale belt out-right + EBU title should be on the agenda next.
I’d also like to see him take a few undercard fights abroad. The exposure would do him a lot of good for the future, unfortunatlly due to an over cautious manager he could well end up being held back & fighting for WBO intercontinental/European/youth titles.
