220? I don’t think so. He would be stronger — but also much slower! 210-213 is perfect for him.”

David’s liitle toe
Hiya, I am David’s little toe. I am totally fine (so far!) unlike when me and David lost to Wladimir badly. I know David was a toe-tal flop (little pun there) against Wladimir after all his talk and publicity stunts for 2 years, stupid antics and Sky TV con job which fooled all the mugs, but this time will be different, I promise! Toe-tally, oops I mean, totally!Posted September 6, 2013 7:19 am
Now come on, Oleg, that’s unfair to most window-lickers!Posted September 6, 2013 7:05 am
A lot of window-lickers commenting here. They’re probably all England football fans!!Posted September 6, 2013 7:03 am
Limey Jay I couldn’t have said that better myself sir, spot on, Fury is too undisciplined to use his obvious advantages to the utmost, shame really as he was starting to use his tools recently, you never know though he might get back up if he’s floored, then we have a fight.Posted September 6, 2013 3:07 am
USS Cunningham stands for “Up for Sale Steve” Cunningham.Posted September 5, 2013 11:39 pm
Of COURSE Cunningham is going to back him. He just got a paycheck from him for sparring. He’d be dumb NOT to back him.Posted September 5, 2013 10:45 pm
Turbo hamster…..great summary there mate.
Truly inspiring picture. I love Oreo cookies.Posted September 5, 2013 8:58 pm
Wladimir Klitschko,Carl Froch,Anthony Joshua,Malik Scott,Lennox Lewis,BJ Flores,Clinton Woods,Amir Mansour,Ernie Shavers,Lamon Brewster,Tony Thompson,Martin Rogan,George Groves,Harold Knight,Al Cole,Robert Helenius,Deontay Wilder all think David Haye win win this fight. All the others that think Tyson Fury is gonna win are either family or friends lol….Posted September 5, 2013 7:41 pm
Steve I agree fury beat you by illegal ko BUT Haye is the best heavyweight under 240 period! Fury gonna get destroyed!!! LolPosted September 5, 2013 6:58 pm
No matter how anyone puts it, unless Tyson Fury wins this fight David Haye will still be the best HW in UK…Posted September 5, 2013 6:57 pm
I think Haye will be happy if Fury thinks he can march forward and lean all over him.
Haye is very adept at catching opponents coming forward with too much confidence – the beginning of the end vs Mormeck came from what looked an innocuous shot as Haye was backing off under pressure, he landed big on Chisora off the backfoot, and he walked Ruiz onto a peach in the very first round of that fight.
It`s what he wanted Wlad to do – after all the winding up talk, but Wlad is too too smart to throw away his best tools.
I can see Fury starting this cautiously – trying to have it resemble the Kevin Johnson fight, but Fury’s jab and Wlads jab are totally different animals, and the threat posed by the rest of their arsenal is different too.
Fury doesn`t have that. He has fast hands for a guy his size, enough power that you can`t walk through him, and I like his range of punches – he`ll go to the body, and his uppercut can be effective when he lands it on his opponent instead of himself.
I just don`t see that as enough to put Haye off though.
Cunningham looks spent…Posted September 5, 2013 6:37 pm
Tark…Agreed, there are alot of ifs in this fight. But this could be alot different then most think,Fury just may shock people here..lets see.Posted September 5, 2013 5:57 pm
Hahahahahahahaha, Cunningham is a little young to go senile, but chit happens, doesn’t it?.Posted September 5, 2013 5:50 pm
Cunningham is about the same size as Haye and is probably comparing himself to Haye.
Steve was offered very attractive money to spar with Fury. The height, weight, reach, and physique are very similar and he can box and think at a high level.. He’s the guy to go after for sparring.. He’s but he isn’t Haye.
If Haye can bring the same intensity and concentration to the Fury fight he brought to the Chisora fight he’ll be very hard to beat. That won’t be easy because that was kind of a peak fight like Louis vs Baer. I never saw a heavyweight of Haye’s size or smaller who could beat him—but Fury is freaking HUGE.. That’s what makes this fight so interesting.. Fury knows how to use his weight to lean all over you and brawl.. Is that going to play into Haye’s hands? Or no? He’s pretty tough inside and outside.
The referee can make a huge difference in a fight where a huge, massive guy is pushing, shoving, leaning on, and mauling a smaller guy.Posted September 5, 2013 5:10 pm
Haye knocks Fury out whenever he decides to. He may do what he done with Audley when he’d had a reported big bet on the 3rd round and carry him till its the round he’s backed.
Hope Cunningham is right!Posted September 5, 2013 4:55 pm

Peter Fury’s walking a tight rope and could use a shot of Bushmills. First, his son Hughie is fighting McPhilbin in a step-up match next week. Then, Baby Hughie’s fighting again on the Tyson-Haye undercard only 2 weeks later. That’s 3 bouts involving his son and his nephew within 2 weeks! Talk about pressure.Posted September 5, 2013 3:17 pm

Whatever happens I hope Haye is around for a while, complete mad man but very funny and extremely likeable, we need him.Posted September 5, 2013 2:44 pm
WILL HAYES TOE BE ALLRIGHT.Posted September 5, 2013 2:36 pm
“Tyson can win this fight but he has to use every little bit of his size to do so. He has to really impose himself on haye, push him around and bully him, just like he did in the later rounds against cunningham.” – Cosign. Also work off the jab and step in and out of the pocket. The way he did against Kevin Johnson.Posted September 5, 2013 1:08 pm
Cool to see Cunningham and Fury working together after their war. He’s no doubt bringing great sparring that’ll buoy Fury’s preparation. Canelo should take note: Hard sparring = best preparation.Posted September 5, 2013 1:06 pm
steve really hated fury and I don’t think he’s lying in this article.
Haye has this fight down up within 3 rounds. I see an Enzo style beat down looming.Posted September 5, 2013 12:45 pm
the voice of reason
Tyson can win this fight but he has to use every little bit of his size to do so. He has to really impose himself on haye, push him around and bully him, just like he did in the later rounds against cunningham. As good as haye is, this tactic will eventually wear him down. If fury stands off and tries to box he will get pummeled, no doubt about it. Its gonna be fascinating to see how he comes out in this fightPosted September 5, 2013 11:57 am
Of course Cunningham is going to back Fury. He is probably getting paid good money to spar with him. I am not a Haye fan but he wins this fight by KO.Posted September 5, 2013 11:33 am
I think Haye wins this. But its a great fight for a young Fury, its a great learning experance. And if Fury can push him around and still be there after 7rds then a upset could happen…wouldnt be completely shocked.Posted September 5, 2013 10:52 am
The fight will be close but Haye still wins it and I’m standing by a UD Haye.Posted September 5, 2013 10:31 am
De Lima I.
220? I don’t think so. He would be stronger — but also much slower! 210-213 is perfect for him.Posted September 5, 2013 10:24 am

I hope Fury retires Haye.
flash knock down
You know something that I have noticed in my 35 years in this sport. I have never heard a sparring partner say that the guy he was helping get ready for a big fight say that his guy was going to lose. This either going to be one hell of a fight or Haye is going to lose.We know what Fury is going to do we don’t know which Haye is going to show up . Is it going to be the Haye that gave one of the K brothers a win or the one that took apart Chrisola? I am going with Haye based on the fact he is smarter and he really is a better fighter. Being But being better does not always mean that you are going to win. If Haye looses this fight it is over for him a serious challengerto the championship.Posted September 5, 2013 9:19 am
Cunningham is standing on his toes in this photoPosted September 5, 2013 9:11 am
By what the article says, it appears Steve doesnt really think Fury will win.Posted September 5, 2013 8:37 am
BOTH BUMS.Posted September 5, 2013 8:25 am
Fists of Fuzzy
Looks like Fury has been eating all those Cunningham lunches he is paying for. He is well out of shape. Uncoordinated, flat footed, feather fisted, china chinned, pudgy, big mouthed trash talker. I’m looking forward to this demolition of the mong boy.Posted September 5, 2013 7:57 am
Tyson Fury is paying for Cunninghams lunch
Haye Fury is a joke fight. It’s bad for boxing and bad for Fury’s career.Posted September 5, 2013 6:09 am
