This article was titled in such a way to hide yet again another bashing on Canelo…Why even mention that Trout was given an unfair decision? Trout himself admitted defeat after the bout. To say that Ortiz has more power and hand speed than Canelo is just flat out ridiculous. Its irresponsible reporting and when will these authors be held accountable for such poor quality of work? This type of reporting only hurts the sport.

Public Enemy

Cry Baby Head butting Man Kissing Mexican Ortiz??? LOL

Boxer: Your implication is that his marquee win to this point is Gavin Rees, in which case I’d have to assume you’re simply a “hater” or woefully misinformed. Carry on. Oh, but yes Trout deserves to be on the undercard.

Trout does deserve to be in the under card if you ask me ,he beat cotto and gave Canelo a heck of a fight, he actually deserves a lot more than boxings pamperd boxers, adrien broner, donaire., not saying these to arent good but c’mon Gavin Rees, now your one of the best? Lol marketing kills me haha

Obviously the writter is a canelo hater. If canelo was american it was a different thing.

Posted June 5, 2013 8:39 am

Ortiz almost eat with kisses and huges Floyd. Trout almost crying every single hit from canelo. Both are seƱoritas. Period.

Give it a rest. Canelo is not a light heavyweight and if you had half a brain u would no that Trout was not robbed. He was unimpressive and only those that hate Canelo wouk
Ld say something as stupid like claiming a robbery. Not even close.

Trout made the big show and was robbed, He beat a 172 pound light heavy weight and was robbed on the cards. Any fool who watched the fight could see that compu box stats told the entire story. Trout was rolled by the judges.

that was my comment below

Funny how GGG and Martinez both say they can make 154 but yet never do. 154 has more money that Middleweight and Super Middle so in my opinion if they could make it they already would of been making it.

Posted June 4, 2013 11:55 pm

Tyrone Jones

yeah Molina would be good or better yet GGG says he can come down to 154 easily

Posted June 4, 2013 10:43 pm

Trout is going to have to fight another guy no one wants to fight like Carlos Molina. The government could use the fight tape later to force people to watch it as torture.

Squared-Circle (a.k.a. LionKing)

Beggers can’t be choosers, Trucha. Sorry man, but this is the big show — and you just had your opportunity to make it to the big show. Seems like a nice enough guy though… and has a fine lookin’ woman. He still a lucky dog in my book.

I’m in big time favor of Trout/Kirkland! Hell, I’d like to see anybody in the top ten vs Kirkland! He is always exciting!

Posted June 4, 2013 4:45 pm

How about Trout vs Kirkland?

Posted June 4, 2013 4:18 pm

Ok this writer is either blind, doesn’t know the sport, or is a hater did he really say that Ortiz had more power and speed than Canelo lol, trout would have a easy night with victor easy!

Ortiz is NEVER getting in the ring with Floyd again he was terrible and his egregious fouls punctuated by his timed in appeal to the ref are indicative of his mental fragility and very public meltdown… The mans jaw was broken by Josesito Lopez… He’s toast

Posted June 4, 2013 3:23 pm

Trout is a good fighter, but in no position to ask to be on the fight card. He’s not fighter that excites the boxing fans although he has talent. It’s his style that bores people. Ortiz is another guy with talent, but he’s too fragile mentally. You never know what you’re going to get from him. He either looks great, quits or losses his cool in the ring. He seems to be very unstable. I thought he was still dancing or modeling underwear some place, which is an easier way of making money, and if you can do it, why not. I don’t think he really wants to be a fighter. He has a good story, speaks well, but he’s not a dedicated professional fighter.

I’m scratching my head on “Ortiz has better hand speed and power than Canelo”! WTF? Anyway, Trout vs the winner of Angulo/Lara is a great deal for the undercard. Ortiz can retire as far as I’m concerned, he just sucks!

Mr. Roadblock

I hope Trout is nowhere near this card. He’s like watching paint dry.

Ortiz should fight Cotto with the winner fighting the Floyd/Canelo winner in the Spring.

Ortiz to give Trout a tough fight? I have no words any more. Serious stuff this.

Posted June 4, 2013 1:25 pm

This author thinks Victor Ortiz would give Trout problems? Like I said, hes hitting that crackpipe hard.

Posted June 4, 2013 1:07 pm

This author is seriously on crack. But I do believe Trout would make a good addition to the undercard.

trout vs money? boring ass fight from a stylistic standpoint!

Posted June 4, 2013 12:49 pm

Trout wins he gets the winner of Mayweather Canelo

Posted June 4, 2013 12:47 pm

I wouldn’t pay two cents to see Trout. It is like a dose of no dooze without the no !!!!!!!!!!!
