Swedish Boxing Fan

¤Cough¤ Noooooooooooooooo! No-no-no Audley Harrison is done in boxing and should be retired. No one wan’ts to see him or pay for him to fight in the ring. Please go away.

Posted May 22, 2013 4:58 pm

Harrison should whip Kimbo but would have to fight another fight if he lost because that would be super embarassing losing to Kimbo.

Posted May 22, 2013 4:05 pm

Kimbo vs Harrison. That would be interesting

Posted May 22, 2013 11:56 am

Well done Audley, you crap but you gotta love your terrier like mentality of not giving up.

Super Heavyweight Olympic Champion, from Great Britain, Audley Harrison!

Go A-Force!

A-Force vs Kimbo Slice: A-Force win by KO 1!

But stupid boxing fans hero Kimbo didn’t have guts to face a real boxer like A-Force! Coward Kimbo!

Two things Audley should do:

Get a job as a window sales man as he has the convincing chat and would convince anyone to buy making some good commission in sales

Put on a big red nose and get a job in the circus as one of the worlds biggest best clown acts.

Think the second option would suit him best LOL

This cannot be for money. Harrison was overpaid from day one and has had more big money chances than he deserved. He had size and talent, but if it didn’t happen when he was young, it is not going to happen now. Enjoy your money and your health Audley. Nothing good happens on the wrong side of 40.

Posted May 22, 2013 7:40 am

Audrey doesn’t want to end his career on a 70-second defeat. He knows he can last at least a 100 seconds.

Posted May 22, 2013 4:19 am

I heard that Eddie Hearn has already signed Audrey for the next Heavyweight Prizefighter tournament. Hearn is Audrey’s biggest fan, he doesn’t care that fans are sick of this clown. As long as Hearn is promoting boxing, Audrey will have fights, even for the next five years. Audrey knows he can get away with lasting one round, and will still get paid. It’s a joke and it’s a disgrace to the sport but Audrey doesn’t care. He just wants easy paydays, going maybe 2-3 rounds per fight, maximum, and guys like Fast Eddie Hearn will always, always be willing to hand over easy money to him.

A-Force should fight guys like Botha, Tua, Tonney, Michael Grant, Kimbo Slice, Tye Fields, Mormeck etc and try to reach 40 wins before retiring, and he will be a excelent tv boxing commentator after his boxer career, I’m fan, good talker and funny

Dumb Brits keep paying this sad circus act. Typical Brittard hype job, gone terribly wrong.

Bad news for the K brothers, this time he’s coming for them…

Martin “EL BRUCHADOR” Honorio

I want to know the name of psychiatrist of Audley Harrison— he must be really good.

Posted May 21, 2013 9:21 pm

Yee Haa

Well one good thing can come out of this. Fantana gets to do another hilarious write up for Audleys next fight. Looking forward to it. The write up, not the fight. LOL

Fight Aficionado

This tard needs to stop announcing his retirement every time he loses.

Posted May 21, 2013 8:24 pm

Whoever watches this vagina fight again is probably a desperate housewives fan..This guy can’t spell fight and has no balls

Posted May 21, 2013 8:11 pm

When I first read the headline I thought I was in for a Fantana treat. No, seriously. But while I admire the guy’s stubborn attitude, he shows nothing when the chips are down. Audley, fight a 1-15 fighter and retire for good please with a win to close out your career. I’m normally a very patient and sympathetic person, but Audley is really becoming a joke. You were a sound talented amateur, but the pro circuit was never to be. Good luck anyhow.

Posted May 21, 2013 7:23 pm

Audley, Audley… I used to kind of like the guy, but his last chance of being taken seriously was the title shot against Haye and that turned out to be a debacle! He wasn’t cut out to be a professional at the top level and the fact that he gets taken out in less than a full round against both Price and Wilder should tell him something. Embarassing for the sport that Audley is returning.

Posted May 21, 2013 6:29 pm

How do you deny Audley a license to box??? He can point to guys who’ve been KO’d 13 times—and point out he has a constitutional right to make his living any way he wants… That’s always the problem every time they tell a boxer, “We think it would be a health risk to renew your license.” He’ll say, “I want my license. Williams has a license and he’s been knocked out 15 times. Baxter has a license and he can’t even talk. I’m getting a lawyer and filing for triple damages if you want to be pigheaded about this.”

Posted May 21, 2013 6:25 pm

Sad Ken

If he can accept that his level is Prizefighter, with a chance of a British title fight, then it’s up to him if he wants to go out with a victory. Just as long as he gets this World title idea out of his head.

Posted May 21, 2013 6:12 pm

Yeah he does not know when to quit. He says how can he tell his son he quit. Well he won’t be able to. He will be too punch drunk

Posted May 21, 2013 6:09 pm

Laugh it up all you like but the guy has got problems. He gets mocked, he gets commended for his spirit but he clearly has some mental issues, he’s deluded. He’s 41. He’s shot. He
Keeps getting knocked silly. This isn’t going to end well if it’s allowed to continue. The licensing commissions should do their job. Fair enough he doesn’t want to go out remembered as the guy who got KOd by whichever prospect, but his ship sailed long ago and it can’t be good for him to be getting knocked over time and again. It reminds me of the stories of Frank Bruno sleeping in a boxing ring in his garden (ironically prior to a mooted fight against ‘prospect’ Audley Harrison). Sensible approach has to be to say sorry but its never going to happen Audley and your health will be on the line if you carry on getting knocked out.

Posted May 21, 2013 5:53 pm

Why retire when you get paid so well for 90 seconds of work???

As long as they keep handing you the paychecks, and you’re seeing those funds actually transfer to your bank account balance, that’s changes your attitude right away … come up with a new line of bull and just keep milking this baby… “I’m looking beyond Fury, After I knock him out I want Wladimir.”

Posted May 21, 2013 5:50 pm

The bloke is a sponsors dream, not only can they use his shorts for their logo, they can also use the soles of his boots.

The tit.

Pathetic, he should have his license revoked. The general public should not be fooled again by his BS.

Posted May 21, 2013 4:41 pm

He is a disaster waiting to plague boxing with another reason to try to ban it.

Posted May 21, 2013 4:05 pm

Hah! In your face, detractors… There’s no thwarting destiny, and Audley’s lies ever upward.

Posted May 21, 2013 3:59 pm

Whatever happened to Bradley

Audley is actually one of the highest paid per-second fighters out there.

Posted May 21, 2013 3:56 pm

I thought he retired after he won Olympic Gold?

Posted May 21, 2013 3:54 pm

Squared-Circle (a.k.a. LionKing)

He never made big money in the game, so gotta continue gettin’ paid in the ring or take a job at Home Depot, McDonalds or the local petrol station.

Silly Brit

You’re bang on the button there Dan D.

Posted May 21, 2013 3:42 pm

Is this a sick joke? Not again?!? I must be dreaming! Pinch me…

Posted May 21, 2013 3:36 pm

I think reality hit him that he has to continue making money

Posted May 21, 2013 3:36 pm

Dan D

Just read his statement. The man has guts and stubbornness in droves. Many wrote him off, I am still going to write him off with the many but you have to admire his spirit.
