Need to wipe my Tark again

If Fury had any cajones, he would be coming here to fight the likes of an Arreola, not a downside of his career cruiserweight, like the Klits do.

Given the massive size disparity between Fury and Cunningham, I would be interested in your justification for the comment re Areola Tark. I’d give him a fair chance against both IF he came in focussed and in condition. He would be a good test for the jaws of both me IF he could get near enough to Fury and IF he could catch the slicker Cunningham. Your thoughts?

Arreloa would have ZERO chance of beating Fury OR Cunningham.

i think he just isnt that good,he would have a hard time with my 15 year old son

Posted April 7, 2013 11:47 am

If I didn’t know better I would have guessed he was a big strong guy with fair (slightly above average) athletic ability who has been in the gym for about 6 months…

Posted April 7, 2013 10:20 am

Clumsy as usual….no body movement….slow as well….

Posted April 7, 2013 7:31 am

He’s going to exposed like that bum Price. God save the Queen, cause she ain’t a human being!

Arreola will destroy Fury, that’s if the fight could be made.

Can’t gauge on the KJ fight. KJ is all bark and no bite. He was ranked between 50 and 100 in the division

Posted April 6, 2013 10:40 pm

Tyson is the best young heavyweight out there, fast hands, pretty nibble on his feet, seems to enjoy a good scrap, He’s not a finished product yet bet he’s getting close, and his team is really matching him up well.

Posted April 6, 2013 10:40 pm

You have to watch Fury’s fight with Kevin Johnson, Prof Konje… He doesn’t spar or fight the same way he strikes focus pads. He’s not going to be wide open.

Posted April 6, 2013 9:42 pm

Prof Konje

From watching the brief film clip, Fury’s left hand is held very low and when he throws it, it’s coming in wide and low.

Another brit bum .

Good post Tark. I think that Cunningam is a good fight for Fury at this point. Not easy but a name of note (maybe not in THIS division) but one TF should beat. He has almost all the advantages, based on a balanced assessment. Fury has one thing on his side. TIME! And he can use it well to develop as a boxer and to continue gathering experience. Why step in with a Klitchko when you can wait 3-4 years and be, perhaps, the top post-kbros hw..? It isn’t a case of scared but of being realistic.

brick city

Poor pad work, and poor footwork will reflect in the ring. only thing that gets him over is his size!!!!!!!!! When he fights someone his size who ca fight back, we will see where he really stands.

Posted April 6, 2013 4:27 pm

I thought he was born in Manchester so would be English? Why does it say he’s Irish?

Posted April 6, 2013 4:20 pm

McDermott gave Fury a hard time in their 1st fight 3 years ago… Mac still had some punch resistance and applied a ton of pressure, but he never could box, fight, or punch very well. Cunningham boxes well but he doesn’t apply pressure effectively. He boxes carefully from the outside and that’s tough to do against a mobile guy with an 85” reach—equivalent to an average 7 footer’s reach. Fury’s physical advantages made him very lazy at times—but he’s no longer the kid who spends all day watching TV, eating pizza, chugging beer, sending out tweets, and updating his web pages. Exposure to the Klitschkos made him see the light to a certain degree. You can’t sleepwalk your way to the title. Cunningham works harder than anyone but Bryant Jennings—but all the work, conditioning, and boxing mastery in the world can’t overcome a lack of size, height, and punching power.

man he looks slow

Tyson fury is not English he is Irish and has made that quit clear. But I’m not sure what Irish accent he has sounds very much like a manc one? I’m behind Cunningham on this one he has my support

amazing anyone would ridicule ‘Yank fighters’ in England – the ‘land of the Horizontal Heavyweights’

Posted April 6, 2013 12:31 pm

i said on this site many time s that tyson fury will be world champion watching him now makes me more sure my money is on tyson

Posted April 6, 2013 11:40 am

Hmmm, practising a southpaw stance and making a big show of his left hook/uppercut fr the cameras. His ‘secret weapon’ is obviously going to be right hand leads…..

Posted April 6, 2013 9:54 am

Tark do you think Pulev or Fury has a chance against a Klitschko? I think Pulev stands best chance, fast hands and hopefully able to get inside Klit’s jab.

Posted April 6, 2013 6:20 am

And Wlad will make those guys look like bums too.

Posted April 6, 2013 4:51 am

wlad-pulev 2013!

Posted April 6, 2013 3:29 am

Hopefully Wladimir will fight Kubrat Pulev or Tyson Fury soon — so fans can be treated to a real Heavyweight Championship Fight for a change. Enough fights with these 28-0 guys who never fought anyone and don’t WANT to fight anyone but Wladimir so they can get rich.

Who’s Wladimir going to fight next? Malik Scott? That would be better than this guy he has on tap, who nobody ever heard of.

Posted April 6, 2013 2:12 am

This is what boxing needs. A young guy with personality. I have never seen a boxer 6’9 who is so coordinated and fast.

Posted April 5, 2013 11:48 pm

Willy…Agreed he does seem to be fitting into that big frame now looking stronger. And he seems relaxed more matured except for the mouthy statements at times…but he is abit of a salesman.

Brit hoping for a Cunningham win. This new persona of Fury’s is embarrassing; whether it’s a lame attempt at hype or not he’s taken on the role of bully and he can expect to be disliked for it. A stoppage over Cunningham would go some way to proving the acolytes and sycophants on here right, for now, but it would also take Fury’s arrogance to a new level of hubris which may well work against him. Fury PTS.

burzhui sosut hooy

FURY SOUNDS LIKE A 15 YEARS OLD RETARD! LONG VAG INA. Everybody want Steve Cunningham to bear the sht out of that cow pu ssy fury! WAR STEVE!!!

Fury has some abilities and lots of physical advantages over Cunningham. However, if he ever wants to be HW champ he needs to develope technique and get leverage on his punches. Too much arm not enough body. He boxes from the waist up and does not put his entire body into it. With smaller foes he has gotten away with it but against larger men he will have a really tough time. I think he willl win by stoppage or knockout. I think he has a gerat attitude. You cannot help but like this guy. He knows how to market himself, way to go!

Hahaha is that it? Slow, stands front on, feather fisted, left hand held low and doesn’t throw combo’s. Cunningham will rape Fuzzy Fury.

Good luck Tyson Fury, you should win but don’t be over confident, be defensibly responsable, and take him out, use your size, reach and youth.

Posted April 5, 2013 8:01 pm

Tyson looks like he’s growing into that 6′ 9″ frame, if he shows some punching power to go with that good hand speed, he could be the real deal, not the greatest chin but I love his fighting spirit …
